The middle years of experience at the Factory level (Welbilt) as both a Director of Chain Accounts and Strategic Sales Manager allowed for greater professional growth and networking across the country. All while gaining better insight into the thought processes that take place within a brand. These years also helped by  working directly with Global Chains to gain valuable skills in: strategic planning, goal setting, understanding metrics and future trends of the industry, problem solving, product test/presentation, and customer service to name a few.

The later years of experience allowed for a deep education in the Refrigeration sector of our industry. The training and sales experience gained help enhance capabilities of providing refrigerated structures for a variety of cold storage. These years of Management also helped gain a better understanding of how-to vet, hire, train, and motivate Rep firms to help reach the Manufacturer’s goals. Leadership skills were also improved during this time period.

And now it’s time for the next chapter called Southern Frost, a unique “Cold Sided only” Rep firm in The Carolinas!
